As an Human Resources (HR) Business Partner, you will partner with the HR Leadership, the Human Resources team and Business Leaders to deliver HR support and enable the organization to deliver its objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for executing HR strategies as they relate to talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations and project/program management. In this role, you will also be responsible for building collaborative relationships across the business to execute the strategies of the HR function.
Essential Job Responsibilities
* Works closely with the Sr. HRBP and HR Strategy Partners to advise leadership to set and guide the talent agenda and priorities by delivering comprehensive, practical HR solutions, including systems, processes, and policy development
* Develops methods to complete tasks efficiently and effectively for positive manager and employee experience
* Large focus on employee development, engagement and relations.
* Drive change by providing business leaders with innovative tools and support to achieve business results
* Coach business leaders, managers, and team members to modify behaviors, improve performance results and achieve employees’ highest potential by guiding training and development initiatives
* Evaluate and develop HR best practices and strategies aligned to current and future business needs
* Communicate and educate HR policies and procedures to employees across the business
* Manage company HR programs, including Immigration and contingent workforce programs.
* Participate in the talent assessment process, ensuring proper talent capabilities and bench strengths and gaps evaluated.
* Support and lead employee engagement and cultural initiatives, ensuring follow up and action planning
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Accounting, Finance, Administration and other internal teams
* And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
* Ability to support multi-site/functions of geographically dispersed offices and remote workers
* Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities
* Strong consultative skills with the ability to develop strategic partnerships
* Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communication and teambuilding skills
* Ability to quickly adapt to change and flexibility to adjust to business needs
* Demonstrated ability to understand the business operations and HR practices, trends, issues
* Ability to achieve required results, in a timely and cost-effective manner
* Effective planning, organizational, time management and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail
* Knowledge of all federal, state and local labor laws
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
