What you'll do:
* Manage end to end full cycle recruiting for various roles, primarily non-technical (i.e. Marketing, Sales, and Platform)
* Sourcing: heavy focus on sourcing Spain or Mexico based candidates for open roles
* Funnel: productive calibration and funnel management in order to meet rigorous time to fill objectives
* Closing: flex expert level sales muscle in order to close candidates quickly
* Analytics: basic daily reporting of pipeline to hiring teams and Director of People
* Work on special recruiting projects, partnering with the Director of People, as needed
This role could be a good fit for you if you have:
* 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting [is required]
* 2+ years of offer management and closing experience [is required]
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills [are required]
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
* Critical thinking and ability to solve pipeline challenges alongside hiring managers
* Experience with Linkedin Recruiter and other sourcing tools like Sourcewhale, Gem, etc.
* Experience with Greenhouse or similar modern ATS
* Reporting out basic funnel analytics utilizing our ATS and/or Talentwall or similar tool(s)
* Ability to work in fast paced, start-up environment, previous start-up experience preferred
