As a UX Writer at Flying Bisons, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way users interact with our clients’ digital products and services. Your words will guide users through intuitive and meaningful experiences, ensuring that their journey is seamless, engaging, and aligned with our clients' brand identity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to craft cohesive and impactful user experiences.
Your responsibilities:
* Collaborate on a daily basis with design and development teams to create user-centered content that supports the overall UX strategy.
* Write and edit clear, concise, and user-friendly content for various digital platforms, including websites, applications, and interactive experiences.
* Cooperate with the Research team to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, and integrate these insights into your writing.
* Craft and maintain consistent tone, style, and messaging across different touchpoints to strengthen brand identity.
* Participate in content audits and provide recommendations for enhancing existing content.
* Advocate for the importance of UX writing within the organization and contribute to building a user-focused culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
* 2+ years of experience as a UX writer or in UX-related role, preferably in a digital agency or tech company.
* Portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging and user-centric content for various digital platforms and different UX formats like error texts, forms or confirmation messages.
* English at C2 level.
* Very good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of UX principles, user research methodologies, and the ability to integrate these into your writing.
* Familiarity with content localization is a plus.
