About the Role:


Responsible for advanced problem resolution of LAN, WAN, Security, network and availability redundancy. Provide maintenance and repair of equipment and products, new hire training/mentoring by providing expert technical recommendations based on business needs. Prepare technical reports concerning status of activities, new technology testing and create thorough documentation.


What You Will Do:



* Configure and maintain the corporate enterprise network environment, including configuration, coordination, control, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring, and the development of specialized procedures relating to the configuration and use of network equipment.

* Perform analysis, diagnostics, and resolution of complex network and voice problems, which may include coordination, installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

* Monitor the reliability of the network across multiple platforms.

* Participate in the rotating "on call" schedule with other members of the team in order to provide support to the business and partners.

* Perform root cause analysis for network outages or other business impacting issues.

* Provide primary and secondary support for key network and infrastructure applications, ensuring objectives are met while maintaining defined security standards.

* Assist in designing, configuring and the implementation of major network systems.

* Conduct research and evaluate new industry hardware and software to stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and future expectations in order to make hardware and software product recommendations. Assist in the configuration and implementation as directed.

* Maintain system documentation and departmental procedures.

* Perform user ID creation, ID removal and ID maintenance for employee access changes; perform user ID access reviews and account cleanup processes.

* Manage the day-to-day operation and troubleshooting of the enterprise data communications networks, including the repair of all network-based equipment; may also include application, desktop and server support.

* Complete trouble tickets and provide customer feedback.

* Other duties as assigned.






What You Will Need:



* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.

* Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Salary range:  $69,098.54 – $127,614.10


The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
