● Leads and Develops Designers: Provides mentorship, coaching, and encourages
skill development to build a strong design team.
● Cultivates Positive Team Environment: Creates a supportive atmosphere by
fostering communication, setting goals, and advocating for designers.
● Optimizes Design Workflow: Integrates UX, UI, and development teams, manages
resources, and experiments with new methodologies for efficient and high-quality
design.
● Bridges Communication Gap: Represents the design team, communicates
processes, and gathers feedback to ensure smooth collaboration across
departments.
● Iterative Design & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity
mockups, iterate based on feedback, and prototype designs to test and validate
usability.
● Visual Communication & Design Systems: Develop visually appealing and
consistent interfaces that adhere to design principles and style guides.
● Collaboration & Communication: Effectively collaborate with product managers,
engineers, and other stakeholders, clearly communicate design decisions, and
present design work to various audiences.
● Process Optimization & Measurement: Track progress, measure success through
user feedback and data analysis, and continuously refine the design process for
efficiency and effectiveness.
RequirementsWhat will make you stand out from the crowd
● 5+ years of experience in product design
● 2+ years of experience in a team lead role
● Strong understanding of design principles, user experience design, and development
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to mentor and coach other designers
● Passion for helping others grow and develop
● Experience with design team development methodologies and tools
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You'll have the flexibility to choose whether you'd like to come to the office every day, from time to time, or work fully remote. We want you to find the best combination for you.
