We are looking for someone who must be extremely versed in Figma and UX/UI and have many websites. They must also master clickable.
Cultural Aspects: Music lover and musician with the same passion for technology. The ideal candidate has been in a band or around music their entire life. They have an outgoing personality and self-starter who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into areas they are not familiar with.
We Need a Person With:
* Deliver unique, intuitive, and functional user interfaces through a process that involves user flows, high and low-fi design, interactive prototyping, and clickable testing.
* Help drive the design process in hearing output from C suite meetings, parsing wants and needs into tangible design goals.
* Design mobile & desktop wireframes & design for B2B
* Present creative work and explorations internally and externally to clients
* Define project scope and requirements with project manager
* Handoff design work to the development team and actively ensure proper execution of the design vision and pixel-perfect is achieved.
* Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design challenges.
* Collaborate with product and stakeholder direction and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience that have been called out.
* B2B experience understanding the double-sided marketplace model, websites that portray two business models.
Requirements
* 5– 8+ years of UX experience in a professional environment. Internships excluded.
* Experience producing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final graphics in Figma with clickable functionality.
* Experience working directly with product manager and design inspirations from stakeholders (ability to think quickly and respond intelligently, offering design examples, presentations, and mood boards)
* Ability to work autonomously while remaining responsive to internal communication.
* Up-to-date knowledge of UI trends, designs, and interaction patterns on the web to create unique, intuitive, and functional user interfaces; experience in Drupal themes and B2B user experiences.
* Strong visual design skills include layout, typography, and user experience.
* Adept at listening to other metrics informing design/UX optimization.
* Be a cutting-edge UI designer producing world-class designs that implement features and follow mood boards.
