SaaS Inside Sales Representative

WhatConverts is a fully-remote SaaS company who offers a comprehensive lead tracking solution for marketers - one place to track all leads. An Inside Sales Representative (ISR) on the sales team at WhatConverts is responsible for developing relationships with CMOs, marketing managers, and agency owners; targeting marketing agencies, building value with key decision makers, and closing new business. 


The base salary for this role is $75K and the on-target earnings (OTE) is $110K USD annually. This is a fully-remote, full-time position (40 hours per week). 


In this role, you'll get to:


* Lead compelling product demos tailored to the needs of potential customers, showcasing how WhatConverts can enhance their marketing efforts and increase ROI
* Be adept at conducting efficient but deep needs analyses to identify root pain points and business impacts for the prospect
* Qualify leads, execute demos, follow up, close sales, and manage an opportunity pipeline through our CRM
* Showcase WhatConverts' strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique
* Become a WhatConverts subject matter expert (SME) and be familiar with our platform so you can confidently upsell our customers to compatible products
* Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale
* Consistently meet monthly quotas and performance standards and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)





Other duties as assigned; job duties may expand based upon aptitude and ability


What we're looking for:


* Proven track record with value-based selling
* Proven experience conducting B2B demo processes for SMBs
* Ability to conduct a thorough needs analysis 
* Ability to present complex concepts in a formulated and concise manner
* Ability to close prospects in 2 weeks or less (demo to closed won)
* Must have familiarity with PPC and digital marketing
* Must have experience managing an opportunity pipeline in a CRM
* Solid work ethic, a charismatic personality, and a self-motivated attitude
* Engage clients with a positive and energetic communication style during phone interactions
* Demonstrate excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
* Desire to excel in a competitive market
* Basic understanding of MEDDICC and Challenger sale methodologies is a plus
