Amino Health serve’s two distinct stakeholder groups: self-insured employers and the third-party healthcare payers and benefits administrators that support them. As the Director of Implementation and Data Services, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and rollout of Amino’s healthcare navigation platform ensuring successful onboarding, launch, data exchange , and ongoing support. This is an exciting opportunity for a subject matter expert in employer-sponsored health plans who is passionate about improving the healthcare consumer experience and ready to apply their expertise  As the Director of Implementation and Data Services you will.... * Hire, mentor, and grow a high performing professional services team focused on implementing new partners and customers. * Lead a team of Data Services professionals that are responsible for the initial setup and configuration of technical onboarding tasks and ongoing data exchange.  * Stay curious, challenge the status quo, and lead process improvements that will enhance the customer experience during onboarding and annual benefit plan renewals.  * Ensure timely and effective communication with customers during the implementation process. * Continually evaluate the current tech stack and drive new initiatives to improve the team’s efficiency and the customer experience.  * Maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process and beyond * Analyze customer data to identify opportunities to optimize the implementation process and improve outcomes. * Develop and manage implementation budgets, capacity plans, and schedule. * Collaborate with the product development team to identify and implement new features and functionalities to meet customer needs. * Lead post-implementation reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement Requirements for Consideration * Deep understanding of regulations, systems and operations with B2B and B2C products related to healthcare management or employer sponsored health plans * Prior experience leading teams responsible for healthcare EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) * Experience leading cross-functional teams in a healthcare implementation or consulting setting * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage budgets and timelines for implementation projects * Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity * Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and related topics We offer  * We’re committed to helping you achieve your best work in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. We have seriously big goals, and expectations are high and we’ll equip you with the tools and resources you need to be successful.  * Expected base salary: $175k to $200k plus standard company benefits and a generous option grant. Amino values transparency and has included the reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this full-time role at any approved US location. Individual pay is determined by a range of factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, licensure or certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Amino does not typically hire at or near the top of a salary range. * We offer full-time employees 100% paid employee healthcare premiums; dependent premium coverage depends on the plan. * 401(k) and FSA programs * This position, like all roles at the firm, will have a good deal of autonomy. We’re a remote-first team and have designed our culture for a balance of synchronous and asynchronous work with people operating from all over the country. To support your remote office, we provide every new Amino with a generous office set-up allowance plus a monthly stipend for internet/phone. * PTO is non accrual and we expect Amino’s to take a minimum of 15 days a year.
