Head of Channel Sales

To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a talented Head of Channel Sales with startup passion, a can-do attitude, and a desire to make an impact, while building a future for themselves and Stellar Cyber. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute the channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals * Identify and recruit new channel partners, including value-added resellers, system integrators, and managed service providers * Manage relationships with existing channel partners, including providing training, support, and marketing resources to help them sell the company's products and services * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and execute joint marketing campaigns and promotions with channel partners * Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity to adjust the channel sales strategy as needed * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the cybersecurity industry as a whole Requirements * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred * At least 10 years of experience in channel sales, with a focus on the technology or cybersecurity industry * Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel sales strategies that resulted in revenue growth and market share gains * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and respond to market trends and competitive threats * Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and market trends is highly desirable Benefits We pride ourselves in recognizing our employees.
