About the position:
As our Head of Learning, you will bear the responsibility of strategically leading the learning experience and help us achieve our ambitious goal of reaching one million learners by 2030. You will assume a pivotal role in scaling even more our current processes and systems, leading a cross-competencies team (program delivery, program design, learning community) as well as building our learning vision while fostering collaboration with diverse departments including product, marketing, admissions, and operations.

What you will do:

Define Learning Model and Strategy for our Product based on Learning Science, Learner-Centric Feedbacks, and Learning Analytics
*
Manage a scale-proof Learning Team from Design to Program Management and Community
*
Work closely with Product & Tech to continuously support the Learning Product Journey of our learners
*
Coordinate the delivery and continuous maintenance of our Product from roadmapping to iterative delivery with our Academic Team
*
Set up Systems and Procedures to ensure Optimal Learning Design, Delivery, Coordination, and Community Processes
Your expertise:
* Learning Science Expertise: You should have a deep understanding of learning science principles and methodologies. This includes knowledge of instructional design, pedagogical approaches, and the ability to apply learning theories to create effective learning experiences.
* Educational Technology Background: Prior experience in the field of educational technology is crucial. Familiarity with home-built learning management systems (LMS), educational software, and online learning platforms will be beneficial for implementing the learning strategy and optimizing the learning product.
* Team Management: You should have proven experience in managing and leading a learning team. This includes overseeing the entire learning process, from design to program management and community engagement. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for building and motivating a successful team.
* Collaboration with Product and Tech: Ability to collaborate closely with product and technology teams is important to support the learning product journey. This involves working together to integrate learning features, analyze learning analytics data, and implement learner-centric feedback for continuous improvement.
* Academic Coordination: Experience in coordinating with academic teams and subject matter experts is valuable for aligning the learning product with educational standards and ensuring quality content delivery. Collaboration on roadmapping, iterative delivery, and ongoing maintenance of the product is crucial.
* Learning Design and Delivery Optimization: You should be adept at setting up systems and procedures to optimize learning design, delivery, coordination, and community processes. This involves creating efficient workflows, implementing quality assurance measures, and continuously improving the learning experience based on user feedback and analytics.
