We seek an Operations Manager to handle various operational and project-based tasks for the CEO and leadership team. If you are hyper-organized, diligent with details, good with spreadsheets, process-oriented, love automating processes with tech, and excellent at completing projects, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities include:
* Recruiting
* Screening candidates
* Coordinating interviews for qualified candidates
* Operations
* Documenting and automating processes with software
* Update scorecard reporting
* Plan/Organize our weekly/quarterly/annual leadership meetings
* HR
* Handle compliance activities
* Initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention
* Finance
* Assist with monthly/annual financial reporting
* Assist with government filings like taxes
* Administrative
* Project management of various small projects
* Initiating and completing orders and purchases
* Booking travel and accommodations

Role Overview
* This is a remote position, and you can work from anywhere. You will need a good home office setup, reliable internet and phone service, and a current computer to run our primarily web-based applications.
* This is a full-time international contractor position where you will work in US time zones.
* The compensation is $10-15 USD/hour, commensurate with experience.
