Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Our growing Business Operations Team is seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Operations Manager! This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a strong track record in revenue or sales operations, a strategic mindset as well as leadership skills. This role is critical for aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions and ensuring the organization achieves its revenue goals.


The ideal candidate will support our fast-growing Sales and Customer Success organization. In this role, you’ll partner with other cross-functional GTM leaders to develop insights into the performance of the business, reporting, drive processes, help own the Quote-to-Cash process and act as a partner to our Business Applications Team. In addition to keeping our operations running smoothly, you’ll also uncover insights, develop recommendations, and implement programs to improve our organization framework. This role will lead initiatives to streamline operations and ensure data-driven decision-making.


What You Will Do



* Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value

* Partner with Marketing Ops to help drive collaboration and alignment between Sales and Marketing, ensuring seamless lead generation and handoff processes

* Analyze and optimize the sales process from lead acquisition to deal closure to improve conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates

* Work with our Customer Success Team to analyze and optimize deal processes and retention

* Lead cross-functional strategic projects, including structuring business problems, exploring solutions, and working with our Business Applications Team in implementing and refining processes, as well as measuring impact

* Act as the primary liaison with our Sales and Customer Success teams on pricing and deal structuring queries to facilitate deal closure, ensuring they are compliant with company policies and objectives

* Help lead our Quote-to-Cash and sales booking process to identify improvements and introduce process changes while measuring impact to the business in partnership with Finance leadership

* Own our revenue data in Salesforce in partnership with Finance






Who You Are



* 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or related field

* Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to work and lead cross-functionally

* Strong project management skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and priorities concurrently

* Strong business acumen with ability to assess business deficiencies, recommend best practices, and know how to partner with technical resources to implement solutions in Salesforce

* Exceptional communicator and influencer who is adept at partnering, influencing and aligning stakeholders at all levels with experience in change management

* Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ

* Experience with SFDC Deal Desk, Products & Pricing

* Strong Microsoft Excel skills

* Experience with a variety of sales and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, LeanData)

* Desire to develop your cross-functional and domain-specific leadership skills

* Bachelor's degree

* You have proven experience in developing, building, and delivering quantitative metrics in a business context

* Experience with software billing systems desired

* Previous management experience preferred

The salary range for this opportunity is $120,000 - $140,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
