We are currently looking for another QA Engineer to join the fast-growing product team at Flocknote. It's an important role in our company and will help shape the path forward for Flocknote.
We're a small, startup dev team with a passion for the Church and making great things. We work hard, have fun, and are always improving. Because we're a small shop, you must be self-motivated, able to manage your day-to-day schedule, and a very good communicator. You'll have the opportunity to have your hands in everything QA related, from concepts to launches, process to implementation.

YOU'LL BE:
* Overseeing the quality of the products we launch - Do they work as expected? Are bugs minimal?
* Working with our developers to understand how the code is structured and look for weak points.
* Writing and maintaining a test suite that covers our most important features.
* Creating manual test cases for new features
* Coordinate testing before (and during and after) our big releases.
* Expanding our automated testing suite
YOU'LL NEED:
* At least two years working primarily in quality on another technology product.
* Love finding every nook, cranny, and edge case our users could possibly run into.
* A big heart for people who aren't computer savvy and an understanding of potential use-case roadblocks.
* Experience with using and creating tests in Cypress
* Knowledge in different software testing types and experience writing unique tests for different technologies.
* An understanding of relational (MySQL) and non-relational data models.
* To be a self-starter and a go-getter.
* Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, detail-oriented, professional, easy to get along with, enthusiastic and of high moral character.
BONUS POINTS
* PHP, JS, and React development experience (BIG bonus point!)
* Email template development and testing experience.
