Overview


This management position is to lead our global Strategic CSM team (EMEA and USA). The Strategic CSM team manage the Rithum for Brands’ largest customers ensuring each customer achieves their goals and continues to expand their relationship with us.


 


Responsibilities




* Manage the Strategic CSM team



* Strong leadership skills

* Drive best practices

* Continuously improve deliverables and strive to beat customer expectations while optimizing our cost-to-serve






* Maximise customer retention



* Ensure all customers are achieving a positive ROI

* Understand each customers’ success metrics






* Advocate for customers



* Build relationships with key customers and ensure their voices are heard across the company










 


Qualifications 


Minimum Qualifications  



* Minimum of 3 years management experience in a SaaS organization

* Experience of managing a team size of at least 3, based in multiple locations is preferred

* Experience with customer contracts over $500k

* Change management experience

* Ability to manage and drive a forecast

* Passion, drive, and desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference

* Exceptional communication as well as listening skills

* Focused on self-improvement with resilience and autonomy
